I lecture in Government-Business Relations and Leadership, Innovation and Change at the Faculty of Business and Government, University of Canberra. I am a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon and I have consulting experience with various public, private and community organisations. My research focuses on comparative broadband policy and regulation, the deployment of broadband infrastructure and services, and the use of new media in politics, government, and citizen engagement, from a political science perspective.
