Canberra ESA launches new website with Geo-location incident tracking system

Posted on September 30, 2011 by by valerirojas

The Canberra Emergency Services Agency (ESA) has relaunched their online presence with a new friendly website. The new website has been completely redesigned and divided into four main sections, ambulance, fire brigade, rural fire service and state emergency service. It was also built using WordPress as the CMS platform.

They also have links to their social media websites such as ESA Twitter and ESA Facebook but the feature that I really like is the new interactive Geo-Location incidents map. The new Geo-Location incidents map currently shows all active fires within the territory and I hear that they will be adding other data to the map very soon as well.

Check out the official ESA Media release
