Twitter Fail – Did they just remove all your followers and who you follow?

I am not sure if this is just happening to me or everyone else but it seems that Twitter just removed all my followers and who I am following as well.
I know they have done it to Mashable.com and The Next Web Google twitter accounts as well.
Have they also done it to you? or should I be asking what is Twitter doing right now?
