Student rant after Canberra Bus Driver bad behavior – Video

A young Canberra student by the nickname of iamjackp has posted a youtube video about an incident he had with a Canberra bus driver.
Is this young Canberran telling the truth or not? did the bus driver called him names? I personally haven’t had any issues with bus drivers but I have heard some bad stories before so I say this incident probably did happen.
