10 August 3:30 am, a Wanniassa family were woken up after hearing a bang followed by big flames minutes after. When the family rushed out of their home, they find one of their cars to be in flames. Police and fire brigade were called to the scene but by the time they arrived, the father/ car owner had put out most of the fire. There were no prints or any evidence left behind and the front of the car was completely burned. It appears that there were no witnesses due to the time it occurred but it does appear that it had been done deliberately. The family does not know why or who would have done such dreadful thing. If anyone in the Wanniassa area had seen or heard anything please contact the Woden police station.
