Want to help with Civics Ed 2.0?

You might not think it is relevant to the ACT, but a Victorian high school teacher is trying to get people to answer this question:
What did you know and feel about Australian politics when you were 14?
I learnt about politics from a librarian in Far North Queensland, and now I teach political science at the University of Canberra, so hopefully you get my drift.
So how about helping out this group of Year 8s in Victoria who are entering the world of Web 2.0?
You will not only be giving students a chance to benefit from your experience, but you will also be demonstrating how effective Web 2.0 tools can be.
As a lecturer who is encouraging the use of these tools in higher ed, the biggest obstacle is that they are not being used in high schools. This group of Year 8s are therefore at the cutting edge, and your involvement is crucial!
Your participation is much appreciated!
Cheers,
Michael.
