I live in an area where security systems are constantly going off, in particular at a nearby CSIRO. The alarm had been going crazy since friday night and when i rang (…….. Security) just 20 minutes ago to report it all they said was,”well we don’t have the code and we can’t get in touch with anyone that works in those premisses so there is nothing we can do”, i then said,”have you tried to put 2 under 3 year olds to sleep with such a loud alarm?” , she then said ”well there’s nothing we can do and hang up the phone on me”.  It is sad to see how many people pay for such service but yet they seem not to work.  I will be calling back on Monday to report such poor customer service and i will be going into the CSIRO to make a complaint, after all it only happens every 3 months or so.
