The ACT Government has launched the new ACT Department of Land and Property Services (laps) website this morning.

The job of LAPS is to align and coordinate land release and development, property management and major projects in the ACT. Many of the Government’s social, economic and environmental policies and objectives rest upon the effective use of government land and property.

We are goal-focussed and promote housing affordability and environmentally sustainable development. The department’s portfolio also includes the Land Development Agency.
