Detectives from Gisborne Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for public assistance after a fire completely destroyed a vacant house early this morning on Saunders Road. Victoria Police

Investigators believe the fire started at approximately 3.15am and completely engulfed the house.

The fire is being treated as suspicious.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen a white utility or any other vehicle in the area of the New Gisborne industrial estate on Barry Road to contact police as they believe the driver may be able to assist with enquires.
