Sexual Assault in Civic – Canberra

ACT Policing is seeking assistance of the community after a sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in Civic early this morning (Sunday 6 June). ACT Police
The crime occurred around 2am in the car park near Hobart Place in Civic. The victim was walking with another female when they were approached by up to five males. The female victim was lured away from the group to the car park where she was sexually assaulted by a number of these males.
The males were seen to leave the area in a Holden Statesman, possibly white or silver in colour.
Police are seeking for any witnesses who may have seen this car or a group of males in the area of Hobart Place, London Circuit or West Row in Civic.
