Google introduces new feature – Add background image to homepage

Posted on June 3, 2010 by by valerirojas

Today, Google announced a new feature for their homepage which will allow users to add their own background image to the Google homepage. You’ll be able to choose a photo from your computer, your own Picasa Web Album or a public gallery hosted by Picasa to give your Google Homepage a personal touch.

“We are beginning to roll out this new feature to users in the U.S. over the next few days. For those of you outside of the U.S., you can expect to see this new feature in the coming days as we roll it out internationally to offer similar, consistent experiences globally.” Media release
