Free WiFi access on Manly Ferries – Sydney
Posted on June 25, 2010 by by valerirojas
Did you know that Ferry commuters travelling from Manly to Circular Quay and back will have access to free WiFi from today 28th of June?.
The NSW government announced that commuters will be able to go online and access 30 minutes of free wireless internet with any wifi friendly device, so if you have a laptop or even a smart-phone you’ll be able to visit your favourite social network sites, newspapers and also get your daily social media buzz free of charge.
The free WiFi access includes 30 minutes or 30MB of download per device, for a morning and an afternoon session each day. If passengers wish to exceed the 30MB or 30 minute limit, they can pay to extend their download. The free WiFi service is accessible on the upper deck level of all of the Manly ‘Freshwater’ class vessels.
Can I ask, do you get this type of service in any other part of Australia or any other cities around the world?
