Hey Canberrans the ACT Government is asking for your feedback on the ACT Governments Outdoor Café Policy which has been released for public comment today.

The Policy sets out guidelines on the Outdoor Cafe permit application process and other requirements.

“This policy is one that affects many different groups in the community and the Government is keen to hear the views of all those who may be impacted on changes to the policy,” Mr Corbell said.

“The draft policy is also an important step to ensuring that design requirements meet the communities’ expectations for the free, unobstructed movement of pedestrians including equitable access for persons with disabilities.”

The draft Policy is available for comment on the Office of Regulatory Services website athttp://www.ors.act.gov.au/ for four weeks from today.
