Has “Kwoff” Australian social news aggregator shut down?

Has Australian Social News Aggregator Kwoff.com shut down forever or is there something wrong with my internet connection?.
For probably over two weeks now I have tried to visit the site and see what is popular and what people are sharing on the popular Australian agggregator site but it seems that the site is no longer active and no one has said anything about it, not even lifehacker who had an article about them when they first started has reported anything about the shut down.
So did everyone just gave up on them or are we missing something here? I also checked out Stephen Mayne‘s website The Mayne Report as he was one of the founders of Kwoff.com but there was nothing about it there either, did I mention Stephen Mayne was also founder of Crikey.com.au?, Anyway there is even a link to the Kwoff.com website from The Mayne Report‘s website but the link seems to be a broken as well.
So does anyone know if the site has actually shut down or are they relaunching it?

Is it just me or http://www.kowff.com is back up? I just checked it and the site took about two minutes to show up but it did. So I guess Kwoff wasn’t gone but just having a break.
