Australians invited to new Google Doodle Competition “I love soccer”

googleilovesoccerDid you know that Google Australia is running a new Doodle 4 Google competition called “I love soccer”, the FIFA 2010 World Cup is just a few months away and Google has decided to hold another Doodle 4 Google drawing competition to celebrate the beautiful game.

“We’re warmly inviting Australian young people between 4 and 17 years to participate in this year’s Doodle 4 Google competition. The young artists will be challenged to create an image depicting their love of soccer – independent from any team they support. We’d love to see doodles that reflect the inspirational power of football, and the way it brings communities together.”

The winning doodle will be displayed internationally on the Google homepage for a day on July 11th 2010.
