Twitter not down but there is something Technically Wrong

For the past few weeks the popular micro blogging site Twitter has been up and down but today I went to check my Twitter account and Twitter wasn’t down, however there was something technically wrong with it.
If you don’t believe me then check the image below.
Now, can someone out there tell me what is wrong with it?

Twitter is working fine for me, but Tweetdeck has been bitching and whining the past couple of days.
