Google Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with new Doodle

Posted on March 17, 2010 by by Valeri

googlespdSearch engine Giant Google is again celebrating St. Patrick’s Day this year with a new doodle. Google has used different St. Patrick’s Day badges to create this new green doodle. Like with all other doodles you just click on it and it will send you off to research results on St. Patrick’s Day.

The doodle is already showing in Australia, New Zealand and a few countries as it is already the 17th of March in this part of the world however many friends from Europe and the Americas will have to wait until the 17th of March to see it or you could always visit www.google.com.au to get a preview of it.

And so what are  you people doing for St. Patrick’s Day? does your city or town celebrate it? or are you planning on going to an Irish pub? I can think of a few places in Canberra to go to such as The Phoenix Pub, P.J O’Reilly’s, King O’Malley’s.
