Google Celebrates Akira Kurosawa’s Birthday with New Doodle

Posted on March 23, 2010 by by Valeri

Akira Kurosawa Has anyone notice the New Google Doodle today? Google is celebrating the 100th birthday of Japanese film director, producer, screenwriter and editor Akira Kurosawa.

Kurosawa produced and directed many famous movies such as “The Seven Samurai” , which was later remade in Hollywood as “The Magnificent Seven“. The Seven Samurai tells the  story of a village of farmers that hire seven masterless samurai to combat bandits who will return after the harvest to steal their crops.

Anyway, I thought I share the doodle with all the people who still can’t see the new doodle yet.
