Police release images of Motorcyclist recorded speeding 21 times – Canberra

ACT Policing is asking the Canberra Community to assist identifying a motorcycle rider who has been recorded travelling at dangerous and excessive speeds 21 times in the past six weeks.
Most of the rider’s speeding offences have been recorded by the Traffic Camera located on the Monaro Highway between Isabella Drive and Lanyon Drive. The highest speed recorded has been 139km/h in an 80km/h zone on the Monaro Highway.
The black motorcycle used by the rider has no registration plates but can be identified by having a high-mount black-coloured rear rack. The rider is also commonly seen wearing a three-tone beige and fawn-coloured jacket.
Police believe that this person must be known to members of the Canberra community and are calling for public assistance to help them identify this person before they kill or seriously injure themselves, or some innocent person.
