There is no Google Phone – Twitter confirms it
Posted on December 15, 2009 by by Valeri
According to the guys from Mobile TechWorld, there is no Google Phone coming out at any time soon contrary to what many blogs and news websites are reporting.
“The HTC Nexus One device we have seen is a developer edition version of what is going to be the HTC Passion (or Bravo / Dragon whatever you want to call it).”
“Eldar Mutazin of Mobile-Review who is well connected also confirmed this a few hours ago via Twitter”
So there you have it people, if Twitter is saying it then it must be true, right? at least I don’t have to wait until the 5th of January to buy a mobile that is not real.

Techo blog Gizmodo has an interesting post about the twitter message… and they say the Google phone is seriously real.

Looks like there is a phone

Well, it kind of looks like there is one, what I find interesting is that Google is calling it Nexus One and not Google Phone, they are also telling customers if they have a problem with it they need to contact HTC who actually manufactured the phone.
However it does run the Google Android OS.
Either way I would like one of them

Perhaps it may be worth waiting for the Nexus Six… apparently they will have an incept date of April 2017, but from what am lead to believe they are only designed to last a maximum of four years.
