The incident happened last friday in art class, when the monitor he uses to help him see malfunctioned, he asked his teacher for help.

“She was leaning over talking,” Timothy said. “I said ‘excuse me?’ and I said her name and she turned around and she said, ‘Didn’t I tell you to go and sit down?’ really loud and she pushed me into the chairs,” he said.

Timothy’s mother, Sonja Williams said the principal called her to inform her of what happened. “The class said two arms, she turned around with two arms and pushed him and said ‘I told you I’ll be over there in a minute and to go sit down’ and that’s what the principal told us that the class told him,”
