Bolivian Police releases funniest facefit ever

Police has released a facefit of a man who killed a taxi driver in Bolivia and the video has been posted on youtube.
Police found the taxi cab on fire with the body of Rafael Vargas inside. A neighbour saw the incident and was able to identify the murderer.
Bolivian Police then released the facefit of the man, unfortunately the police man drawing the image wasn’t that good at doing his job.
Note: this article is meant to point out the unusual facefit drawn by police and not the actual incident.
