New Google Crop Circles logo, what does it mean?

A few weeks ago Google had a crazy doodle logo which featured a UFO, it created a lot of questions and confusion within the online community, later on news came out that the logo was in honour of Zero Wing, a 1980s Japanese video game. Telegraph
But Google has done it again, this time they are using the famous Crop Circles as their logo. So what does it mean now? are they telling us something? is something out there Google knows about but we don’t?
