Canberra’s freezing 40 year low? Blame it on Global Warming?

Posted on September 28, 2009 by by jr

ABC News Online is reporting that Canberra had its coldest September day in 40 years on 27th September 2009.

I have no problem with the concept of climate change… it has been occurring since the planet first formed. However I’d like to know how abnormalities like this are rationalised to fit in with the whole ongoing effect of greenhouse gases and the global warming debate.

Actually, I have a much better alternative hypothesis… let’s just blame it on the effects of the Global Financial Crisis!
