So what did people do when their Twitter and Facebook accounts went down?
Posted on August 7, 2009 by by Valeri
As most of you already know Twitter was attacked this morning by a computer virus called “Koobface”, a virus that targets computers via social networking sites. mashable
Due to this latest Koobface attack Twitter was down for many hours and facebook had similar issues. Facebook seems to be up and running now, however many users are still having issues with Twitter.
So what did people do without their favorite social networks? I don’t know about you all but I started having issues with Twitter and Facebook late last night so I decided to check a bit of youtube and a few other social media sites, after that I went to bed because TV was boring.
I have to admit it was a little annoying not been able to check my facebook page and see what family and friends were doing.
I still can’t access Twitter which is also very annoying but I am happy to know there are still plenty of blogs and other social media sites I can still visit.
And so what did you do when Twitter and Facebook went down? did you play PC games? watched TV? went to bed? got drunk? visited other social networks? visited social media sites? or you just didn’t care?
