Man trapped under train “Balaclava”

A 40-year-old man is trapped under a train in Balaclava, the man may have been sleeping under the platform when he was hit by the train around 5.50am.
The man is conscious and breathing, however he remains trapped under the train. 6:30am Saturday 8th august. Police Report
