“Geelong Police have smashed an alleged illegal alcohol selling scheme, Victoria”

Police received complaints  from the public about a Geelong nightclub selling a homemade ethanol based vodka and passing it off as a premium vodka drink.

Two warrants were executed yesterday 12th August at a Geelong nightclub and a private address in Lake Wendouree. As a result of the warrants a number of full bottles were seized from an address on Ryrie Street.

Police seized a number of empty bottles, distilling equipment and other liquids from an address in Parker Street, Lake Wendouree. Vic Police
