Woman hit by train in Melbourne

A young woman was hit by a train at Yarraman railway station in Noble Park – Melbourne, tonight. 28th July
“Police believe the woman had climbed a fence at Hanna Street and walked across the tracks about 6.45pm. She was struck by a city bound train whilst trying to climb up onto the platform.”
The woman is described as being aged about 20-years old, dark skin, thin build with short curly brown hair and was wearing jeans, black boots and a curly reddish brown wig.
She was taken to the Alfred hospital with life threatening injuries.
“Police are urging anyone that may know the girl to come forward and contact 000 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.crimestoppers.com.au”
