Recycled cardboard now available with 10% human fibre reinforcing

In the continuing saga of unfortunate accidental deaths from around the world, which includes death by soup and chocolate, the latest accident involves cardboard recycling.
The LA Times and news station ktla.com are reporting that an unnamed man died when he got stuck inside a cardboard shredder. Coworkers heard his scream and called 911, but he was dead by the time the paramedics arrived (and was messily still stuck inside the machine).
