New ACT Gov Concessions website for the community

The web site aims to help a wide range of individuals, including older people, people with specific health need, people on low incomes and people with a disability; as well as agencies, such as community groups, schools, hospitals and religious organisations.
“There are approximately 30 concessions administrated by six agencies across the ACT Government. Each ACT Government Concession has different eligibility requirements.”
You can find concessions on:
- ACT Government Services
- Education & Training
- Housing & Land
- Health & Wellbeing
- Essential Services
- Transport
“Establishing a single point of contact through the web portal will be an effective channel to provide information to the community about the concessions and eligibility requirements.
“The ACT Government is committed to ensuring fairness, equity, accessibility and transparency around the provision of concessions, and this framework will help meet these objectives,” Katy Gallagher MLA said.
