Australian Science Festival 26-31 May

The Australian Science Festival is the second largest science festival in the world and is back again in Canberra.
The festival started on Tuesday 26th May and will run until Sunday 31st May.
Festival Executive Director Mary-Anne Waldren says in 2009 visitors will be able to explore the science of sex, beer, beauty and the stars.
“Science is one of those areas which attracts really interesting topics and we have pooled some of these to engage our festival audience,” she said.
Some of the events of the festival will be:

- Realize Beauty Naturally. Your Backstage Pass
- Star Talk Speaker Series
- The Science of Beer
