I think the difference here is that all their applications will be in only one place so you won’t have to look all over the web for them.

However if you are a web dev kind of guy then you have all these places in your favorites already.

as long as the work policy server lets you play with the key components, you are fine…

That would be one major problem, specially in some government dpts.
