Canberra North, ACT’s Fastest Growing Area
Posted on April 24, 2009 by by scoop
According to the Canberra ABC report, the new suburb of Harrison has recorded the ACT’s highest growth rate with 1,500 people in the area.
Gungahlin has also taken over Tuggeranong as the fastest growing area in the Capital, with a population of 38,000 people.
But with the ACT government running out of space in the North side, where is the ACT government going to be developing next? South side, Weston Park area? or can you think of a better area?

I know, how about they build in the stromlo area, make it high density, line every lake with apartments, so that the shadows make the lakes a dreary place to go, etc, etc…
or just invade NSW and get some more land!
