Accident at a Canberra building site

Posted on April 20, 2009 by by valerirojas

A worker at the Baulderstone site in Civic was almost killed when a three-ton concrete panel being lifted by a tower crane knocked over his four metre high work platform. Monday 20th April.

It says the worker escaped serious injuries by ‘riding’ the platform as it fell to the ground. ABC Canberra

I wonder if it was just one of things you deal with on the spur of the moment (and occasionally just fluke), or if he has some natural talent for aerobatics?
