The incident happened on Saturday 28th Feb at around 10pm.

A 23-year-old Florey man, was walking west on Ratcliffe Crescent around 10pm when he was assaulted by several males, who punched and kicked him and demanded his wallet.

“The victim was not carrying his wallet but surrendered his credit card. The assailants then left the area. The victim suffered a cut lip and bruises to his face and body. He reported the incident to police on Sunday, March 1.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen suspicious persons or activity in the area of Ratcliffe Crescent Florey on that night to contact  Crime Stopper on 1800 333 000.” Crime Stoppers
